Ballet for adults of all ages and abilities
At Shropshire Ballet Company, we offer fun, engaging ballet classes designed with the mature learner in mind. Silver Swans classes can increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve balance and posture and are a great way to expand your social circle. Becky is an ex-professional classical ballet dancer and since retiring from performing professionally has retrained with the Royal Academy of Dance to become a qualified, registered teacher.
